German music duo, Clemens and Philipp - otherwise known as Milky Chance are the second international act to be performing at Rocking the Daisies Music and Lifestyle Festival happening from the 1st to the 4th of October this year at Cloof Wine Estate in Darling. They are the latest international act announced to play at South Africa’s premiere eco-friendly festival this year, alongside The Cat Empire (AUS) on the Main stage.

Milky Chance became a viral online sensation after they released their self-produced single “Stolen Dance” on YouTube, which racked up over 30million plus views in one month. They mix elegant electronic production with acoustic guitars and lilting, lush vocals and have mastered an original style that can best be described as singer-songwriter spirit mixed with electronic beats.

Clemens says, “Somehow, it's always a little bit melancholy, but there's a positive spin. You can dance to most of it too! Melancholy is something that I carry within me. I write the best songs when this mood catches me.”

1 April, those who pre-registered were able to purchase their Phase One tickets through the Rocking the Daisies website for R750. These tickets were limited and available only while stocks last which was until 9 April. From 9 April, Phase Two opens (if not sold out) and all those who pre-registered will have 24 hours to get a Phase Two ticket before Phase Two tickets open to the public.

The final phase of ticket sales opens on 10 June. Don't miss out on your last chance to get yourself a ticket!

All ticket phases are valid for the full festival experience from 1 - 4 October 2015 at the beautiful Cloof Wine Estate in Darling.

Campervan, Heartbreak Motel, Walking the Daisies and Cycling the Daisies ticketing information will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
